Therapy for high-achieving women
Feel Calmer and More At Peace.
Do any of these feel like you?
-
Maybe your mind rarely feels quiet. You replay conversations, anticipate what could go wrong, second-guess your decisions, worry about how other people perceive you, or feel physically anxious even when you know there isn’t an immediate threat.
Therapy can help you understand what your anxiety is trying to protect you from while giving you tools to feel more grounded in the present. EMDR can also help us work with past experiences that may still be fueling your current fears, triggers, or sense that you always need to be on alert.

Depression doesn’t always look like being unable to get out of bed. Sometimes it looks like going through the motions, feeling numb, losing motivation, withdrawing from people, feeling disconnected from yourself, or wondering why you aren’t happier when your life looks “fine” from the outside.
Together, we can make space for what you’re experiencing while exploring what may be contributing to the heaviness underneath it. Therapy can help you reconnect with your emotions, your needs, and the parts of yourself that may have gotten buried along the way.

Dating and relationships can bring up some of our deepest fears, insecurities, and old patterns.
Maybe you find yourself overthinking texts, questioning how someone feels about you, feeling anxious when there’s distance, getting attached quickly, pulling away when things start to feel vulnerable, or choosing people who aren’t fully available.
You may notice yourself people-pleasing, abandoning your own needs, second-guessing your intuition, or reacting strongly to situations that seem small on the surface.
And often, the most frustrating part is that you can see the pattern while it’s happening, but you still don’t know how to stop yourself from getting pulled into it.
In therapy, we’ll work with what’s underneath these reactions—fears of rejection or abandonment, not feeling chosen, or the belief that you have to earn love, so these experiences don’t have to carry the same emotional charge.
The goal is to help you feel more secure in yourself, trust your own needs and intuition, and experience dating and relationships from a more grounded, connected place.
-
Maybe you’re highly self-aware and capable, but still find yourself questioning whether you’re good enough.
You may over-accommodate other people, struggle to set boundaries, worry about disappointing someone, compare yourself constantly, or feel responsible for how everyone around you feels.
We can explore where these patterns began and what they have helped you protect yourself from. EMDR can help loosen deeply held beliefs such as my needs are too much, I have to keep people happy, or I have to be perfect to be accepted so that you can begin relating to yourself and others from a stronger sense of worth.
-
You may love your family and still find yourself deeply triggered by them.
Maybe you notice yourself becoming a younger version of yourself when you’re around them, feel responsible for their emotions, struggle with boundaries, carry anger or resentment, or continue hoping that someone will finally respond to you differently.
Therapy can help you understand these dynamics and engaging in EMDR Therapy can be especially helpful for processing painful memories and emotional experiences that continue to affect your relationships, self-worth, and reactions today.

Your 20s and 30s can bring a surprising amount of uncertainty.
You might be questioning your career, relationships, friendships, identity, where you live, whether you want children, or whether the life you’ve created actually feels like yours.
Sometimes these transitions bring up anxiety, grief, comparison, or the feeling that everyone else has figured something out that you haven’t.
Therapy can give you a place to slow down, hear yourself more clearly, work through the fears influencing your decisions, and separate what you genuinely want from what you’ve learned you “should” want.
If you're nodding along to any of these descriptions, please know that you are not alone.

How Therapy Works
Therapy consists of 50-60 minute, 1-on-1 sessions where we focus on what matters most to you.
1. Provide a Safe Space
I create a space where all parts of you are welcome. A place where you can truly be yourself—where you feel seen, heard, and accepted.
A place where you can share what’s really going on without holding back or worrying about being judged.
2. Clarify Challenges + Goals
Through conversation, we’ll unpack the challenges you’re facing and explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll also identify what you hope to gain from our work together both in therapy and in life.
3. Support Growth & Progress
With your goals as our guide, we’ll develop practical tools to help you manage emotions, build resilience, and deepen self-awareness. Over time, you’ll begin to notice positive shifts in your mindset, behaviors, and overall sense of well-being.
