$250 for a 50–60 minute session
Weekly: $1,000/per month
Bi-Weekly: $500/per month
Most clients think about this as a monthly investment and plan accordingly.
I also offer EMDR intensives at a packaged rate—please inquire for more details.

No, I am out-of-network with all insurance providers. However, I can provide a receipt of services (called “superbills”) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if your plan covers out-of-network therapy (most PPOs).
Clients are responsible for the fees at the time of their appointment, so I encourage you to verify your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company prior to your first session.

Many of my clients struggle with:
Anxiety and chronic overthinking
Burnout and work stress
Trauma and recurring emotional triggers
Dating and relationship patterns
People-pleasing and perfectionism
Self-doubt and difficulty trusting themselves
Major life transitions or quarter-life uncertainty
Often, these challenges are connected to unresolved experiences stored in the nervous system. Using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches, we focus on resolving the root, not just managing symptoms.

The timeline for feeling better and seeing results can vary from person to person. Therapy is a deeply individual process, and progress depends on your specific goals, challenges, and how often you're able to engage in sessions.
Some people begin to notice changes in just a few sessions, while others may experience progress over a few months or even a year.
My commitment is to ensure that you receive the highest value for your time and investment. I believe in supporting your growth and healing, not in keeping you in therapy longer than necessary.
-
My practice is 100% online and I only offer telehealth sessions.

I require 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. All cancellations within a 48 hour window of the appointment, as well as no-shows, are billed at the full rate.
