  • $250 per 50–60 minute session.

    Sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. For the first 1–2 months, I highly recommend weekly sessions so I can get to know you and your story well.

    At the start of our work together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs—whether you’re seeking ongoing therapy or focusing on specific goals.

    I typically suggest working together for at least 4–6 months, depending on what you want to achieve and to ensure meaningful progress. After that, we’ll review your progress and determine the next steps together.

  • No, I am out-of-network with all insurance providers. However, I can provide a receipt of services (called “superbills”) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if your plan covers out-of-network therapy (most PPOs).

    Clients are responsible for the fees at the time of their appointment, so I encourage you to verify your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company prior to your first session.

  • The timeline for feeling better and seeing results can vary from person to person. Therapy is a deeply individual process, and progress depends on your specific goals, challenges, and how often you're able to engage in sessions.

    Some people begin to notice changes in just a few sessions, while others may experience progress over a few months or even a year. My commitment is to ensure that you receive the highest value for your time and investment. I believe in supporting your growth and healing, not in keeping you in therapy longer than necessary. When you’re ready, I will encourage you to continue your journey independently, reflecting your progress and providing the support needed for you to thrive on your own.

  • My practice is 100% online and I only offer telehealth sessions.

  • I require 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. All cancellations within a 48 hour window of the appointment, as well as no-shows, are billed at the full rate.
